The details:
- Boxes cannot be shipped to the European Union or Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations.
- If you get a "Sorry we don't deliver to your area" message at check out, contact me so I can add your country to the shipping options.
- When the label for your box is printed, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Books will come signed but will not be personalized.
- Patrons wishing to use the payment plan option: DO NOT ORDER HERE. Go to this post on Patreon and use the link there. Your box will not be saved until first payment is received!
- If other items are purchased when you preorder your box, you will be charged separately for shipping them and those items will ship within 1-2 weeks.

Refunds/Returns
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted or refunds given once your label has been printed.
The only exception:
No books (or extras) will be packaged that are damaged. If you receive your box and any items are damaged, you must contact Kiki within 30 days of receiving the box. Include clear pictures of the damaged item(s) and shipping material. If there are enough items to create another box, one will be packed up and shipped out to you as soon as the insurance has been paid. If not, you will have the choice of receiving a partial box or a full or partial refund.
Do not mail back the damaged items.
This is a limited run!
