There is an on-page scene where one of the main characters — Ollie — has a friend in an abusive relationship, and she calls him for help. When Ollie arrives at her house, she’s terrified and hiding in the bathroom. Ollie and another friend intervene and call the Devil’s Hands MC for help, and the abuser punches Ollie in the face in retaliation.
There are other instances where domestic violence is discussed, including an injury that resulted in partial facial paralysis.
