The Leather & Chrome series has a blanket CW for domestic violence as the MC works with a DV shelter and helps survivors. There aren’t any explicit details of intimate partner violence in this book, but DV (and the general work the club does) is mentioned several times.
A main character enjoys humiliation and there are scenes where he’s called degrading names during sex (eg slut, whore).
There is a scene where a main character has a bruised and bloody face from being in a fight. The fight happens off page, but the description of the aftermath of violence is semi-detailed.
Two main characters have experienced homophobia—off page and in the past—from family. They are no longer in contact with the people who treated them poorly and disowned them, but there are still lingering emotional after effects.
A character is a sex worker. He has a very successful OnlyFans-style channel where he shares intimate photos and videos of himself masturbating and using toys. There is one person who is rude to him about it, but it happens off page and is mentioned very briefly.
There is implied sexual activity between two main characters while they were both under the age of eighteen. They were in a committed relationship and living under the same roof.
Two characters have experienced parental deaths. This hasn’t happened recently for either one, though they do talk briefly about it and bond over their losses.
A character is wrongfully arrested and detained for a day before getting released. There is also mentions of police intimidation (being watched, pulled over without cause, etc.).
